Terms and Conditions (PLS READ!)

1. If you are interested in any of the items, please email me at lysbeautydiva@gmail.com stating your name, item code, payment mode and postage method.

2. For any other queries, feel free to email me as well :)

3. NO SMS will be entertained.

4. All items are stated in Singapore dollars. Please add $1.00 - $1.50 for normal postage. If you prefer Registered mail, please add an additional $2.25.

5. Full payment is be made STRICTLY within 2 days upon reservation. If you are unable to do so, please let me know in advance and state your reasons. I will send out your order within 2 working days once payment is received.

6. I accept POSB/DBS bank transfer (ATM or Internet banking) and Paypal for international orders. NO interbank transfer and concealed cash!

7. STRICTLY NO meetups. Pls do not ask anymore.

Other Information

1. Lyssa's Closet will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items during normal mail. NO refunds will be made either. I can help you check with singpost but please be nice and not expect me to bear all responsibility! To be safe, please opt for registered mail. In addition, I packaged the items and wrapped them nicely.

2. I check for any defects in apparels before sending out. Any defects will be stated in the posts.

3. All items will be properly wrapped and sealed before being sent out.

4. All sold items are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

5. Serious buyers only. Please note that dead buyers will be blacklisted.
