I would like to bring your attention to normal postage matters.
- Please note that for normal mail, there is NO TRACKING NUMBER so in the event that your package takes much longer to arrive/ gets lost (choychoychoy!), I can only help you to call Singpost to ask them to look out for your package.
- On my part, I triple check your address to ensure that I write it correctly and double check your orders. In addition, I do write a return address.
- I don't appreciate customers who demand that I do refunds/compensate them or are unreasonable on something that is no fault of mine. I understand that anyone will be unhappy that their parcel is lost but pls be rational to realise that I am not the postman and I truly have no idea why did your parcel get lost! Singpost and I have NO IDEA where did your parcel went.. seriously, I have enough of customers who are unhappy with me. You know normal mail is not 100% safe so don't come and blame it on me! I ALWAYS help to call Singpost to check and revert back to the customer but what do I get in return? Each call lasts at least 5 mins and I have to call once to general hotline to get the delivery base no and call them. I provide detailed information on the parcel itself and on Singpost's part, they do call to revert back to me. I try my best to help so please be nice.
- BOTTOM LINE: I can't control Singpost's speed of delivery or safety of your parcel if you opt for normal mail.
- Please exercise your own discretion. For a peace of mind, please opt for registered mail.
NO REFUNDS/COMPENSATION will be done for lost/defective items through normal mail.
